I'm so glad you're here


I’m Donna Koziel, a registered counselling therapist specially trained in the treatment of trauma.


With my approach, I gently guide you in resolving trauma, exploring relationship difficulties, interpersonal or professional, to develop greater capacity for connection with self.


I have extensive training in the NeuroAffective Relation Model (NARM) which is a cutting-edge model in the treatment of attachment, relational and developmental trauma and for addressing identity, emotional and behavioural symptoms. I am also trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Logosythesis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). 


Individual treatment with me will be understanding and exploratory in nature. I use a non-judgmental, mindfulness approach to assisting you in identifying your deepest desire for fulfillment and expansion, as well as supporting you in learning to listen and trust your internal experiences.
